The straps of the backpack are too long and have no break-off point. They may wrap around the neck of a child and lead to strangulation. Moreover the fibrous stuffing material of the toy is easily accessible. A small child could put the filling material in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
