The lorry may accelerate unexpectedly when a gear is selected or when the brake or parking brake is released, even without pressing the accelerator. This sudden movement increases the risk of collisions, which could result in serious or potentially life-threatening injuries to the driver, pedestrians, or others nearby. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
