The torsion bar is defective and may easily break, leading the belt strap to unwind uncontrollably in the event of an accident. The protective effect of the seat belt would therefore no longer be assured which can lead to injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
