The product lacks an adequate insulation between the primary and secondary circuits, which could lead to live parts being accessible through the USB port. The user could therefore touch the accessible live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60335-1.
