A defective valve assembly may lead to noises, a loss of power and/or propulsion failures (damage to the engine). Further damage may lead to an oil leak. This may lead to accidents and injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
