A screw fastening on the driver’s seat frame may detach. In the event of an accident, the fastening may not withstand the resulting loads, which could impair the protection provided by the restraint system and increase the risk of injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
