The product poses a risk of: - electric shock because the insulation is not sufficient between live parts and accessible metal parts and because the bulb can be replaced when the lamp is connected to the mains supply,- fire because the flame resistance of the plastic cover is not sufficient. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
