The product poses a risk of injuries because: - the design of the brake lever does not ensure a safe grip and the bicycle therefore fails to stop safely, - cracking of the stem can occur and the stem can become entirely detached resulting in loss of control over the bicycle, - the bicycle is capable of being leaned over at an angle of 23° instead of the required 25°, which may cause the rider to fall from the bicycle, - the spindle can fracture. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14764.
