The product poses a chemical risk because:- the material of the saddle contains 750 mg/kg of lead and 99 mg/kg chrome. The material of the bridle contains 120 mg/kg of lead, - the material of the saddle contains 15 % of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). The material of the bridle contains 17 % by weight of DEHP; and a risk of suffocation by strangulation because the bridle can be easily detached from the toy. The perimeter of noose exceeds 380 mm when stretched by a force of 25 N. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71. According to the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates shall not be used in toys in concentration higher than of 0,1 % by weight.
