The products pose a risk of electric shock because: - the construction of the converter does not comply with the requirements on safe separation of primary windings from secondary windings, - clearances, creepage distances and parameter of insulation between the mains part and output voltage do not comply with requirements even for basic insulation, - the length of conductors enables bypassing of double insulation in case of conductor release and a possibility of the presence of mains voltage on the output connector, - the product does not pass the voltage test between output connector and mains plugs even for basic insulation. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60950, EN 61000 and 55024.
