Detachable components were produced following the tension test. These components fitted entirely within the small parts cylinder. The appropriate warning was not present. Expanding toys (or expanding components of toys) which fit within the small parts cylinder shall not expand by more than 50% in any direction. All parts removed that fitted entirely within the small parts cylinder expanded by more than 160%. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
