MODISH PHONE · Toy telephones – blister pack of three toy telephones
These products pose a risk of choking because the cap of the battery box of the two telephones which operate with button cells has no screw. It can therefore be removed easily, leaving the batteries accessible. According to the relevant European standard, button cells must not be accessible without the use of a tool, unless the cap can be opened only via the simultaneous operation of two independent movements. In addition, the product does not comply with the labelling requirements for the toys with batteries. These products do not comply with the Toys Directive.
