The products pose a serious risk of fire because elements on some units have been found to distort in use and can touch the casing. As a consequence, the casing can melt and the element may come into contact with any surface the heater is placed on and a fire can occur. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive.23 incidents reported regarding product No. 415/0224 and 7 incidents reported regarding product No. 415/0231 (customers have reported seeing flames/ sparks inside the unit or heat damage to surrounding area).
