The product poses a chemical risk because:- it contains 25.2% by weight of di-iso-nonyl-phthalate (DINP) (the maximum level of phthalate allowed in toys is 0.1%,- migration of the solvents phenol (129 mg/kg) and 3,5,5-Trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one or isophorone (64 mg/kg) from the foil of the swim ring. The product does not comply with the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EC.
