The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the gap between wheel and mud guard is not sufficient;- the handlebars do not have sufficient strength;- there is only one locking mechanism which fails to engage automatically when the steering tube is adjusted;- the wheel size is not sufficient;- the diameter of the handlebars is not sufficient. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
