The product poses a risk of choking due to the presence of small parts which fit into the small parts cylinder. As the toy is clearly intended for children under the age of 36 months, the presence of a warning that it is “not suitable for children under the age of 36 months” is insufficient protection against the risk associated with the presence of small parts on toys intended for that age group. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
