This toy poses a serious chemical risk because the amounts of formaldehyde released by the wooden box and the building blocks exceed the limit value of 110 mg/kg of formaldehyde over 24 hours:- wooden box: 233.8 mg/kg of formaldehyde released over 24 hours;- building blocks: 687.9 mg/kg of formaldehyde released over 24 hours. This toy also poses a serious risk of choking because the building blocks fit completely into the small parts cylinder. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
