The products pose a risk of electric shock because:- the basic insulated parts (wires connected to the lampholder, ballasts, terminal block) are accessible,- the wires may get damaged due to sharp edges, - there is no device protecting against pulling and twisting force, - there is no appropriate provision of earthing (use of painted surfaces). The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

The aluminium reflector part of approx. 20 cm diameter, 2 ballasts, 2 plastic lampholders and the terminal block are fitted to the black base part of the luminaire. Main parts of the luminaires: 1. ballast (HUAWEI B2698 26W 230V 50Hz 0,31A COSFi 0,44 tw130 Delta t55 CE); lampholder (NF 250V 75W VDE UL CE); terminal block without inscription (380V 5A). Neither light source nor installation instruction was attached to the product. Technical specifications: 230 V; 50 Hz; 453 mA; 2x26 W; G24d-2; F-mark; Class I. 2. ballast (HUAWEI B1898 18W 230V 50Hz 0,22A COSFi 0,49 tw130 Delta t50 CE); lampholder (NF 250V 75W VDE UL CE); terminal block without inscription (380V 5A).
