The product poses a risk of suffocation by strangulation because:- the diameter of golden string attached to the head of a doll is 1,2mm instead of a least 1,5mm, - the length of a lace in a doll’s shoe is inappropriate – it is 240 whereas it should not be longer than 220 mm. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN-71.

Product description
The toy is a doll made of fibbers and soft plastic, dressed mostly pink and yellow with pink hair. The packaging is a plastic, transparent bag, closed by folded cardboard. On the cardboard there are following information: “CE mark”, the name and address of the importer, the name of a toy, a pictogram wit age 0-3 restriction, EAN and inscriptions: “Unsuitable for children under 3 years old. The risk of swallowing small parts” and about necessity of storing the packaging due to useful information.
