Veigel · Manual control for passenger cars - Classic
The product poses a risk of injuries because, due to the use of wrong material (swivel of the bearing pin), hair-line cracks in the weld seam of the bearing pin on the base-plate can occur in a number of the manual control devices. In the worst-case scenario, the bearing pin can come loose, leading to malfunction and even failure of the gas and brake actuation which could consequently lead to an accident.
