The product poses a risk of:- electrical shock because it has no adequate resistance to dust and moisture, which resulted in presence of water in the housing and connector after the IPX4 test, - fire because the transformer is not completely filled with insulating material around the core. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
