Four little bears, blue, orange, green and yellow in colour, with bow ties, arranged in a row, joined at the 'hands' with little intermediate balls, while two rings at the ends serve to attach the rattle to a pram. The packaging is a coloured cardboard box, white with red dots, while the upper rim on the top is red and the lower rim on the top is blue. It has a window through which the product can be seen attached to a piece of blue card. The rear of the box carried photographs of the various product models.
