The product poses a risk of electric shock because the table top can be removed from the enclosure by hand, allowing access to electrical connections of internal wiring carrying the mains voltage. These connections are deemed inadequate, as they may separate when subject to pulling, allowing access to live parts. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
