The product poses a risk of suffocation because the suction cups may be detached by a force of less than 90 N (namely by 27 N and 28 N respectively). As children often put suction cups into their mouths to moisten the cups, there is a risk that the suction cup falls into the mouth and blocks the airways causing asphyxiation. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
