The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - the dimensions of the plug significantly differ from the requirement, the electric strength between the live and accessible parts is non-compliant, thus flashover occurs at a lower voltage than required, - the cross-section area of the core is much smaller (<0.1mm2) than the required 0.5mm2, - the cord anchorage at the inlet of the mains supply cord is non-compliant, so the conductors of the mains supply cord and the wires of the transformer can move and become accessible. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60065.

Product description
The base of the product is made of black plastic. Two telescopic VHF antennas, which can be moved separately, are fixed to the base. A red LED light lights up when the appliance is in operation. The appliance is supplied with an IEC mains plug (length of the cord: 88 cm). Main components: plug ("2.5 A 250V”); mains supply cord ("PVC JULV YIXI JUEYUAN YOUZHI DIANXIAN RVVB 300/500V"); mains transformer without marking; printed circuit board without marking; output cable ("COAXIAL CABLE 3C2V 75 OHM”), output plug without marking.
