The product poses a chemical risk because: - the yellow material of product contains 17.8% by weight of di-"isononyl" phthalate (DINP), - the valve of the inflatable toy contains 0.13% by weight of di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP) and 1.13% by weight of di-"isononyl" phthalate (DINP). According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.
