The product poses a risk of injuries because the magnetic flux index of the magnetic components is too high and the magnetic components are small parts that can be placed in the mouth and swallowed. There is a possibility that children may ingest the magnetic components and sustain gastrointestinal injury. The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
