The product poses a risk of suffocation because in the tensile test the suction cups detach at a force of less than 90 N (7 N and 8 N). As children often put suction cups in their mouths to moisten them before sticking them on a surface, there is a risk that the suction cup falls into the mouth and blocks the airways causing asphyxiation. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
