The product poses a risk of choking because: - the eyes and back wheel of the toy may easily be detached and they fit into the small parts cylinder; - the minimum thickness of the string used in the mechanism to move the toy is less than 1.5 mm. The products do not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product description
The toy is made of plastic in a yellow-red-green colour combination in the shape of scorpion. It is packed in a transparent bag closed with a multicoloured card. The sticker, in Latvian, contains the name of the distributor and warnings that the product is not suitable for children under 36 months. The warning "ATTENTION! Choking hazard! Contain small parts. Use only under supervision of an adult.” is attached to the packing. There are also stickers in Polish with the name of the importer and warnings.
