EU Safety Gate · Report-2009-6
Passenger car - Quattroporte & Granturismo
The product poses a risk of injuries because during assembly the joints of the front and rear suspension arms may not have been tightened in conformity with the specifications. This may cause the steering wheel to vibrate, loud metallic noises and growing inaccuracy in steering during manoeuvres. Continued use of the vehicle in these conditions may cause the suspension arms to deteriorate, whereupon they may suffer damage or even break, leading to loss of steering control.
