The product poses a risk of burns because the product may not stay upright in the original position when in use and if it falls over there is a risk of being hit by particles from the fireworks. In addition, the product poses a risk of damage to sight and the sound level is also too high which could cause damage to hearing. One accident reported. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14035-5.
