The product poses a risk of choking because: - the parts (bolts and washers) which attach the horse to the rocker fit completely into the small parts cylinder, - the velcro on the horse can come off, exposing polystyrene stuffing, pieces of which fit completely into the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
