The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - the creepage distances and clearances between the primary windings and the secondary winding are less than 5/4 mm (measured a minimum of 0.7 mm), - the creepage distances and clearances between the outputs of the primary winding and the secondary winding are less than 5/4 mm (measured a minimum of 0 mm), - the creepage distances and clearances between the outputs of the secondary winding and the primary winding are less than 5/4 mm (measured a minimum of 1.1 mm), - clearances/creepage distances in the mains transformer between the primary and the secondary windings are less than 4/5 mm; measured a minimum of 0.9 mm between the solder terminals of the primary windings and the solder terminals of the secondary winding through the iron core, - the transformer does not pass the electric strength test of 3000 V~,- the capacitor does not pass the electric strength test of 3000 V~. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950 EN 60384.
