The product poses a risk of choking and injuries because the toy can easily be broken and some parts of the toy detach. The detached parts have sharp edges and points which could scratch a child. Some detached elements also fit into the small parts cylinder, posing a choking hazard for young children. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

Product description
Pull-along puzzle toy made of yellow, red, orange and lilac plastic. Approximate dimensions: 22 cm x 16 cm x 11 cm. The toy is packed into a net with a label marked: "Warning: Choking Hazard-Small Parts. Not for Children under 3 years. Jintong Toys, Lovely toys; Made in China." There is also a pictogram, indicating that the toy is not intended for children under 3 years old, and a CE-mark.
