The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- there is no supply cord anchorage in the controller – flasher,- there is no double-insulation cable in different colours, - the cross-sectional area of the wiring (0.2 mm2) does not comply with the requirements of the relevant European Standards (min. acceptable 0.5 mm2) (items 1 & 2), - the width of the plug base is 12.05 mm (min. acceptable 13.70 ± 0.70 mm) (items 1 & 2) - the distance between the pins of the plug is 17.07 for item 1 and 17.08 for item 2 (min. acceptable 18.00 – 19.20 mm), In addition the cable does not bear the required markings. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 60598.
