The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:- the cross-section of the conductors is insufficient, the length of the cable between the plug and the first light-socket is not compliant, nor is the fork of the plug,- the product is not marked in accordance with the requirements of the standard, the consumer is not informed sufficiently about basic technical data and possible risks,- the cover of the regulator fails the test and the cable can be removed from the latter posing a risk of accessing to live parts,- the insulating material fails the ball pressure test by 125 C and the glow wire test. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
