The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the suction cups became detached during the stretching test, - lack of information about the danger of using ammunition other than that provided with the toy, - lack of warning “Do not aim at eyes or face”. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

The set consists of a gun made of silver-coloured plastic, 5 darts made of black plastic with orange suction cups at the end and a board with numbers made of yellow, red, white and blue plastic. There is no information about the packaging, only the marking, which is: “CE mark”, the name of a toy “set with a gun”, the name and address of the importer, EAN number, pictogram “not intended for children “0-3” and written information “not intended for children under 3 years due to small parts, which can be swallowed.”, “Keep the packaging while it contains useful information”.
