This product poses a risk of:(i) injuries because:- drive chain and sprocket are insufficiently guarded;- the steering's free movement is being fouled by the fairing assembly;- front brake operating cable is not properly locked in position at the brake lever end;- the product has various sharp edges;- handle bar levers are not ball-ended;- speed limiting device is not fitted;- throttle control is not self closing;- engine stop has no re-set and the wiring is insecure;(ii) fire and injuries because fuel is vented via the fuel cap, directly in front of the rider which has health, machine control and fire hazard implications. This product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
