The product poses a risk of choking because, due to their characteristic form, appearance, colour, size and smell, the candles may be mistaken for a foodstuff. The decorations resembling coffee beans and pieces of chocolate can be detached and pose a risk of choking if put into the mouth and swallowed. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
