The product resembles confectionery, and both the shape and the sweet smell may result in confusion with foodstuffs. The products can be easily put into the mouth and swallowed. There is a risk of children, in particular, coming within reach of these small pieces and of their curiosity being aroused by the shape and smell. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
