This product poses a risk of falling and thus injuries because:- the handlebar brakes after 40169 cycles in the anti-phase fatigue test;- the fork breaks after 37022 cycles in the fatigue test;- a permanent deformation of 23 mm is observed in the impact test involving dropping a weight on the frame-fork assembly whereas the permitted maximum is 20 mm;- it is not possible to obtain the vertical load indicated in the standard (300 N) in the vertical and horizontal static test on the seat as the maximum load obtained is 268 N;- it is not possible to obtain the load indicated in the standard (400 N) in the static traction test on the front and rear edges of the seat as the maximum load obtained is 275 N. This product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14765.
