The product poses a risk of : - choking, because the ring handle, which fits into the small parts cylinder may be easily detached; - suffocation due to the inappropriate length of the cord which is 375 mm, while according to the standard it should be 220 mm. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product description
The toy is a spider with a cord, which moves on eight wheels. The cord is ended with a small ring handle. While the toy is moving all the legs wobble and rotate which causes a noise to be emitted from the rattles situated in the endings of the legs, beneath a transparent plastic cup. With the toy, there is a tag with a CE mark and the following markings: name and address of the importer”, “Made in China”, EAN number. There is also a warning about the risk of swallowing small parts and about the necessity of storing the packaging, due to useful information, but not within reach of children, the packaging is not a toy.
