EU Safety Gate · Report-2009-11
Eurocamping · Portable camping stove
The products pose a risk of burns because the user can unsafely replace the cartridge in the housing of the appliance. After fitting the cartridge it is possible to remove it without first having to remove the piercing device, because the security spring in the housing can be easily removed. This may cause unsafe or unintended piercing of the cartridge. The discharge of unburned gas can ignite. The product does not comply with the Gas Appliances Directive and the relevant European standard EN 521.
