The product poses a risk of fire because environmental stress crack may occur on the fuel pump cover due to bad matching between fuel pump cover material with fuel pump assembling lubricant and constant tensile stress. In the worst cases, complete fuel pump cover separation may happen, thus reducing sealing performance between the fuel tank and the fuel pump and causing fuel leakage.
