This toy poses a serious risk of suffocation for children under six months due to the presence of a suction cup on the cord which is small and thereby passes through template E. In addition, this product poses a chemical risk because it contains excessive levels of DBP (dibutylphthalate) and of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP). The content of phthalates detected in the toy exceeds the allowed value in the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC. This toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
