These parts can be detached with forces of less than 37 N and they fit into the small parts cylinder. Due to the characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the products may be mistaken for a foodstuff (strawberry or apple). This may lead children or visually-disabled persons to take a bite and swallow it. This can entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
