The product poses a risk of injuries because the cross-beam construction is unstable especially sidewards, which can cause the screws to batter the wood in the beams. This would affect the stability of the construction and if the swing set is not properly anchored to the ground in concrete, it could overturn causing serious injuries both to children using the swing and bystanders. The products do not comply with relevant European standard EN 71. One accident reported.
