The product poses a serious risk of electric shock because: - the lamp is not supplied with a transformer/converter generating extra low voltage, as is required for the child-appealing lamp, - the lampholder is not secured against torque during replacement of the bulb. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
