The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:- the contacts of the lampholder for the fluorescent lamp are not fixed and can move during lamp replacement. - the connections listed below are not secured to prevent wires from becoming detached, -connections of lampholder of the fluorescent lamp, -connection of the wires on one side of the transformer, -connections on printed circuit board, -connections on lampholder E10, - the calculated cross-sectional area of the conductors of the supply cord is 0.05mm2 - the nominal cross-sectional area of the conductors of supply cord shall not be less than 0.75mm2,- the luminaire is not provided with cord anchorage,- the plug on the supply cord does not comply with standard dimensions,- during lamp replacement the wiring can twist along the longitudinal axis by more than 360°, - secondary live parts of the transformer are accessible through the opening of the supply cord. The transformer does not comply with requirements for reinforced insulation between primary and secondary winding,- measured creepage distance between primary and secondary is 3mm - required minimum distance for reinforced insulation is 6.5mm,- the housing of the luminaire and transformer are not resilient. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
