EU Safety Gate · Report-2008-17
HONDA · Passenger car - Handbrake lever on Honda passenger car
The product poses a risk of injuries because the handbrake latching mechanism may only partially engage depending upon the customer's operating methods. If the handbrake is applied with the release button, either intentionally or unintentionally, there is a small risk that the handbrake may not latch sufficiently to hold the vehicle securely on a gradient. If the handbrake is applied without touching the release button, the handbrake latching mechanism is unaffected.
